Once you have placed your order you will be emailed instructions on how to post the memorial contents to the maker. Please make sure to check your junk / spam folder if you don't receive our email.
The maker will work with a lock of hair / fur around 3cm long and the thickness of the pencil. However, she can make jewellery with only a few single strands of hair / fur if that is all you have.
Your finished piece will be dispatched within 15 working days of receipt of the fur / hair contents. Any unused contents will be sent back to you along with your completed piece of jewellery.
Can you use human hair?
Yes, your lock of hair jewellery can be made using the fur or hair of a loved one whether they are a human or pet.
