Royal Mail last posting is 20th Dec (18th 2nd class). However, we don't advise leaving your online Xmas shopping that late. Please also check product pages for order dates, especially for personalised and made to order items. We are closed 11am 20th Dec to 3rd Jan.

Delivery and FAQ

Dispatch

We dispatch to UK only. We do NOT dispatch to The Channel Islands, Europe, USA, Canada, Far East, Australasia, Rest of the World or BFPO addresses. GPSR regulations mean that some products are now prohibited from being shipped to Northern Ireland. In those cases we have stated non-NI delivery on the basket page.

The standard dispatch time for off-the-shelf items is 1-2 working days but dispatch times for different items can vary, especially for personalised, engraved and made to order items. If an item's dispatch time is longer than 1-2 working days it will be stated on the product page.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, choose how you would like to pay and complete the payment process.

We accept orders online via a secure debit/credit card facility or via PayPal. We also accept telephone orders. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Payment and Security

We accept payment by credit or debit card via a secure online payment system. Your card details are entered via a secure PCI DSS compliant server. We are also 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a scheme implemented by the banks and card schemes as a method of reducing card fraud. We also accept payments via PayPal.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery is within the UK. Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the items in your order and your delivery location. Please note that parts of your order may be dispatched separately. This will be at no extra cost to you, the customer.

The use of send-on / forwarding companies is done so at your own risk. D for Dog will not be held responsible for lost parcels that may or may not have been received at the forwarders address / location.

P&P costs are shown at checkout as accurately as possible, given what we know to be true at the time. However, we reserve the right to hold any order where actual P&P differs widely from the online amount charged. In such cases we will contact you if postage costs are going to be higher than those stated when you placed the order.

Returns and Exchanges
