The quality real Spanish saddle leather is dyed throughout for a consistent colour. The maker finishes each piece beautifully, with bevelled edges to ensure a soft fit against your dog's neck. The collar is then treated with Neats Foot Oil to give protection against light rain and water splashes and keep the leather supple and beautiful.

There is a choice of colour for the buckle and fittings (brass or nickel) and a choice of finish for the text too. For a subtle effect, choose the plain embossed lettering where your details are stamped deep into the leather of the collar. For a brighter, bolder effect, choose the gold or silver infill.

These collars are sized according to your dog's neck measurement (not the collar length). Place a fabric tape measure around your dog's neck as you would like the collar to fit (2 fingers under the collar is recommended as a good fit).

The personalised leather lead is optional, for those who want the set. The leads are double riveted at all joints and feature a metal 'O' join between the handle and main part of the lead to give more flexibility. The leads are approx. 1m in length.

Treat the leather well and it will grow even more beautiful with age. To clean, rinse in warm water then treat with Neatsfoot Oil for waterproofing or saddle soap. Avoid contact with salt (sea) water and chemicals (e.g. flea treatments).
