Excellent, I've tried a couple of other dog water bottles and this one by far the neatest and easiest.
It only took a short while for our dog to get the hang of it. She's small and this design does not waste water, which means we don't need to put much water in the smaller bottle so the weight on my belt is not too much.
The way the bottle unscrews leaving the cap on the belt hook is neat. All in all an excellent product.
Sadly, this didn't work for my very large dog. I think the ball and aperture were just too small.
Still think it's a great idea - though maybe more for small animals.
Great product, very well made and easy to use for our dog. Great design and sturdy and easy to carry around.
Bought this for my puppy as he likes drinking from taps ! Found the top a bit fiddly at first but then got the hang of it and the puppy loves it ! You need to hold the bottle at the correct angle so it doesn't come out too quickly but water isn't wasted generally. The container is strong and designs are stylish. Not that the puppy minds but makes me feel good when people ask where I've bought it !
Very practical, of course, but the best bit is watching our two dogs competing to lick the bottle. Excellent entertainment. What you might call a tongue tangle!
A very stylish bottle for dog walks. Our dog is very happy too.
Dog got used to it quickly, although half the water gets in the dog and half on the floor it is still a handy bottle.
I thought this would be an excellent purchase for walks but alas when you tip it upside down the water just pours out with no resistance. Wouldn't recommend

Hi Juliette, once you take the cap off, tip the bottle upside down or to a 45 degree angle. The ball will block the hole and stop water coming out until the ball is moved/rolled by the dogs tongue.
Easy to carry and very useful when out and about. The only downside is that as my boy is licking as much ends up on the floor as in his tum! But he didn't seem to mind..
I bought this for Jada because she never seems to drink enough water but likes to drink from our bottles. She also has a fountain and prefers that to a bowl. The bottle is excellent. I bought the Union Jack large to match her shabby chic Union Jack collar, lead and ID tag. It is a good size and the lid screws on tightly. No leaks whatsoever. Jada likes to drink from it because she thinks she's human and copies everything we do. She takes in much more water now especially out doors with the summer heat. It's a lovely bottle and we all feel better that she drinks more.
